Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms (Gumtree, TikTok Shop, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Temu).
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies to boost visibility, conversions, and revenue.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, promotions, and competitor activity to maximize profitability.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation platforms) for content creation, campaign management, and analytics.
  • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video).
  • Set up and optimize tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and analyze performance with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Conduct A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and landing pages to drive higher ROAS.
  • Optimize Google Merchant Center feeds and improve product discoverability.
  • Produce clear and actionable weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, logistics, and customer support) to enhance customer experience.
  • Stay updated with platform policies, SEO best practices, and emerging digital trends.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years proven experience in managing Amazon, eBay, and Shopify stores.
  • Experience with social media marketplaces (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and platforms like Gumtree and Temu.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads campaign management and performance optimization.
  • Solid understanding of GA4, GTM, attribution modelling, conversion tracking, and retargeting.
  • Skilled in keyword research, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and campaign scaling.
  • Ability to optimize ROAS, lower CPA, and segment audiences effectively.
  • Advanced data interpretation skills with experience preparing performance dashboards.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and integrating paid + organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven ad optimization tools (Smart Bidding, automated testing) and multi-language/multi-region campaigns is a plus.
