What you'll be doing:To ensure planning and deployment ofNetwork of FTTH (GPON/GEPON/PON) equipment'sand driving partner teams for the executionof Outside Plant (OSP) Network covering end to endrequirements and ensuring all the businessservices are offered. Key Skillset:o Put Customer Firsto Coordination & Operations for ProjectManagemento Proficiency in developing andimplementing operational procedures and best practices.o Strategic Planningo In -depth understanding oftelecommunications infrastructure, including fiberoptics, networking equipment,and signal transmission.o Ability to motivate and lead a diverseteam. RequirementsWhat you'll bring to the team:• Ground Survey:o Capture soil strata, utility information,Right of Way formalities and charges forUnderground and Aerial permissions.o Collect Electric/Light Poles information,building level information, and performhome pass surveys as per company format.• Dark Fiber Routes and TelecomInfrastructure:o Conduct surveys for Dark Fiber routes,Telecom HH, and BTS as per operator[1]provided information.o Identify and finalize TPF POP locations.• Data Management:o Digitize information captured in GIS orequivalent platforms.o Handle ROW applications and follow -up forDemand Notes and subsequentpermissions.• Partner Onboarding and Network Rollout:o Onboard partner teams for execution.o Oversee end -to -end rollout of FTTHnetworks through partner teams, ensuringadherence to Quality standards, TAT, andKPIs.• Project Management:o Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) andoversee material consumptionbookings done by partner teams.o Ensure First Time Right deployment,conduct Acceptance tests directly orthrough third -party agencies, and clearpunch points within defined TAT.• Safety and Team Management:o Ensure strict adherence to safetymeasures.o Manage and supervise large partner teamsand certify their invoices for workexecuted within defined timelines.• Infrastructure Work:o Oversee POP Infra work, including theinstallation and grouting of NetworkingRacks, I&C of Battery terminals, SMPS,Air -conditioning units, electrical work,and OLT installation through partner teams.• Network Reporting and Maintenance:o Provide daily dashboard reporting forNetwork Uptime and MTTR for faults andalarms from the OSP network.o Work with complex network and switchingsystems, configure networks forsmooth data service operations, and resolvetechnical issues promptly.• Equipment Management:o Oversee new and existing telecomequipment, hardware, and software upgrades,maintaining hardware faults at 1% ofinstalled network elements.o Generate RMAs for hardware inventory withrespective vendors.o Manage spare parts, ensuring timelyavailability and replacements.• Work Order Management:o Handle work order management within TAT,and oversee material tracking andmanagement.o Perform PMT of ISP equipment as perschedule and provide field support.• Field Team Guidance:o Guide field teams in restoring hardwareand software faults. What all qualifications do we expect:We're looking for someone with a decenteducational background.• Education requirements: Bachelor's Degreein relevant Field• Experience: 3 -6 years in functionaldomain and Specialist knowledge in Technology –GPON/ GEPON/ PON.
