Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager based in Pune. In this role, the Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects within set timelines and budgets, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, conducting inspections, ensuring project milestones are met, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to resolve project-related issues. The Project Manager will also be tasked with developing and implementing project strategies for efficient execution.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Project Management to effectively plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring project materials and resources are delivered on time
  • Knowledge and experience in Inspection and Quality Assurance processes to ensure standards are met
  • Strong skills in Logistics Management, ensuring the timely coordination and transportation of resources
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with relevant certifications preferred
  • Prior experience in the EPC sector or a similar industry is highly advantageous
