Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager R&D to lead multiple projects in our Research & Development department. The role involves managing end-to-end project planning, execution, budgets, and compliance, while ensuring timely delivery and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets & deliverables.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Production, Marketing).
  • Manage stakeholders & provide regular project updates.
  • Drive innovation in new products, processes & technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR, FDA & quality standards.
  • Prepare documentation and support audits/inspections.

Requirements:

  • B.Tech/M.Tech in Engineering or Biomedical Engineering. PMP certification preferred.
  • 812 years' experience in R&D project management (medical devices, automobile, consumer durables, or equipment manufacturing).
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies & tools (Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent leadership, communication & stakeholder management skills.
