About the Role

We are seeking a 
creative and passionate Social Media & Brand Communications Specialist
 with 
2–3 years of experience (preferably in skincare, personal care, or beauty brands)
. The role demands both 
strategic thinking and creative execution
—from developing engaging campaigns to managing day-to-day social content. You will collaborate closely with our design team to bring Naija Organics' brand story alive across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Conceptualize 
    social media campaigns and brand storytelling initiatives
     to strengthen awareness and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and video editors to create visually impactful content.
  • Write compelling 
    copy for posts, campaigns, ads, and brand communication materials
    .
  • Track and analyze social media performance, optimize campaigns, and present reports.
  • Ensure 
    brand voice and communication
     are consistent across all channels.
  • Stay ahead of 
    trends in skincare, clean beauty, and organic personal care marketing
    .

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in 
    social media marketing/brand communications
    , preferably in 
    skincare, personal care, or lifestyle brands
    .
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling, content planning, and campaign ideation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as 
    Meta Business Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and analytics dashboards
    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with 
    designers and marketing teams
    .
  • Passion for 
    beauty, skincare, and wellness branding
    .
