Role & responsibilities

  • Proven experience in acquiring private and government land for wind & solar power projects across India.
  • Skilled in handling legal documentation, including statements for courts/police and drafting sale deeds, POAs, and agreements.
  • Strong liaison with government departments (Revenue, Forest, Mines, Roads, DC office, Nodal Agencies) for NOCs and approvals.
  • Deep understanding of revenue records, land mutation, conversion, and compliance with state land laws.
  • Strong local network with landowners, aggregators, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth land acquisition.
  • Excellent negotiation, coordination, and conflict resolution skills with villagers, aggregators, and government authorities.
  • Ability to interpret legal implications of land disputes and work closely with legal teams.
  • Well-versed in renewable-sensitive state regulations and revenue laws.
  • High integrity, patience, and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
  • Confident in presenting site proposals and project updates to top management.
