  • Financial Record Keeping:Accurately record, categorize, and reconcile financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting:Prepare and present key financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Preparation & Compliance:Compute, prepare, and file federal, state, and local tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate payment of taxes.
  • Auditing:Conduct internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with accounting procedures and regulations.
  • Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data, identify financial discrepancies, and provide insights into financial operations, revenue enhancement, and cost reduction strategies.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:Develop and monitor budgets, manage cash flows, and assist with financial forecasting.
  • Compliance and Control:Implement and maintain accounting controls and financial security measures to ensure transparency and compliance with laws and principles.
  • Advisory Services:Advise management and clients on financial strategy, cost savings, and other areas to improve financial health and profitability.
  • Technology Adoption:Utilize accounting software and potentially emerging technologies like AI for increased efficiency in data analysis and routine tasks.
