The candidate will assist in executing the marketing and communications activities across digital and traditional channels, ensuring alignment with companies brand positioning and business goals. This is an mid role, ideal for someone passionate about B2B marketing, digital campaigns,

and content development in the digital infrastructure or technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness


• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for creation of marketing assets(presentations, brochures, digital creatives)


• Assist in social media management including drafting posts, performance tracking


• Help manage and update content across website pages and landing hubs (AEM CMS knowledge is a plus)


• Track and report campaign performance using analytics dashboards; compile data for monthly marketing reports


• Liaise with event partners for logistics, branding and booth management for industry events and data centre tours


• Assist with internal communications and newsletter coordination for India business updates


• Maintain and organise marketing collateral, brand guidelines, and media library

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:


• Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience in B2B marketing, digital marketing, or

communications


• Technical Skills: Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva or Adobe Suite, basic knowledge of

analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO/SEM)


• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, detail-oriented, and a team player with a

growth mindset

Qualifications:


• Required: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication


• Preferred: Masters degree or PG Diploma in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management,

Integrated Marketing Communications, or Media & Communications


• Additional Plus: Certification in tools/platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, , or Content
