Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Brand Strategist. The Brand Strategist will be responsible for designing and implementing brand strategies, managing and developing the brand identity, and ensuring consistent brand communication. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends, collaborating with teams to develop branding initiatives, and aligning the brand with the company's core values and goals. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing the company's presence and engagement with target audiences.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Brand Strategy, Branding, and Brand Development
  • Should be able to manage Social Media on Instagram, Threads and other such platform. Will also be responsible for managing influencers
  • Knows basic Graphics Designing
  • Proficiency in Brand Management and ensuring consistent messaging
  • Knows user journey from funnel POV for Meta ads optimization so as to help respresent brand in a more efficient manner
  • Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal presentation capabilities
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to adapt to market trends
  • Proven experience working in brand-related roles; familiarity with sustainability-focused industries is a plus
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
