Position Details:

Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Senior Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: 8+ years

About the Role:

As a Senior Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering business solutions that support global and regional teams. Youll lead the development and support of Fusion extensions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure high system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Fusion extension development with a focus on Project to Close flows
  • Implement DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance system performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide technical guidance
  • Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure data governance and compliance
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Information Systems
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS
  • Strong understanding of Fusion Project to Close functional scope
  • Experience with BIP, OTBI reports, Fusion REST & SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft, Oracle Integration Cloud
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
