Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and implementing Oracle Fusion applications, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration within the organization. Additional responsibilities include training team members and delivering excellent customer service. This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud Expertise

  • Deep technical knowledge of 
    ERP, SCM, and EPM modules
  • Hands-on experience with 
    configuration, customization, and extensions

2. Development & Customization Tools

  • Proficiency in 
    Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
     and 
    Redwood Design System
     for UI extensions and app development

3. Integration & Middleware

  • Strong experience with 
    Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
    , 
    APIs
    , and 
    connectors
  • Ability to design and oversee 
    system integrations
     with third-party applications

4. Data Management

  • Expertise in 
    data migration
    , 
    data integrity
    , and 
    reporting/analytics
     across Fusion modules
  • Experience with 
    SQL
     and understanding of 
    Oracle Database concepts
     (ERDs, keys, tables)

5. Security & Compliance

  • In-depth understanding of 
    Fusion security model
     — role design, privileges, and compliance management

6. Upgrades & Enhancements

  • Experience managing 
    patching, upgrades, and enhancements
     in Oracle Fusion with minimal disruption
