About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager for AI Connector Builder , you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the strategy for building new connectors using AI and manage a portfolio of connectors that drive growth of Fivetran
This is a full-time position based out of our Bangalore office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do
Drive the roadmap for the future of Fivetran's API connector development including leveraging AI to auto-generate connectorsManage the product roadmap & backlog for the Lite connector portfolio by balancing new connector development, and adding new features to existing connectors.Perform in-depth data analysis and customer research to identify areas of opportunity for improvementsPartner with & lead cross-functional teams across various functions to execute the product roadmapEstablish and oversee the tracking of various product health metrics, ensuring that the connectors remain well-aligned with customer requirements & Fivetran's product principles.Evangelize the success of your initiatives both internally and externallySkills We're Looking For
Track record of shipping SaaS products that deliver measurable resultsExperience leveraging LLMs for a variety of tasksAbility to translate complex details into clear, concise requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersA deep sense of empathy for the customer, ensuring that all solutions are customer-focused and deliver significant valueStrong attention to detail with a deep understanding of the big pictureAbility to balance multiple projects and deadlinesDemonstrated use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products.Embody our product team values of Curiosity, Ownership, Collaboration, Kindness, and Integrity.Optional Bonus Skills
