Job Description Senior Product Manager - SMB & D2C Growth (Delhivery One) Role Summary The Senior Product Manager for SMB & D2C Growth will be strategic product lead responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap for the Delhivery One platform, specifically targeting small businesses and emerging Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brands. This role focuses on maximizing client acquisition, retention, and the adoption of high-margin Value Added Services (VAS) to drive business growth for our clients. Key Responsibilitie s1. Acquisition & Onboardin - gConversion Rate Optimization: Re-imagine digital onboarding and first-shipment experience for new SMB/D2C clients - .GTM Strategy: Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development to launch features that accelerate new client sign-ups and drive growth through paid and organic channels (e.g., referral )2. Retention & Value Added Services (VAS - )Retention Tools: Develop features (e.g., loyalty programs, analytics dashboards, AI copilot, personalized alerts) that improve client stickiness and reduce churn among small shippers - .VAS Adoption: Own the strategy and P&L for core Value Added Services (e.g., Delhivery Protect, RTO reduction tools, Consignee Communications, Order tracking). Drive adoption of these services within the existing client base .3. Product Strategy & Executio - nDefine clear, measurable KPIs (importantly, Client NPS, Client acquisition funnel conversion rate, VAS Revenue and Margin) - .Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to prioritization, launch, rollout, and stabilization, working closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, BD, Finance, Legal, Data Security, and Ops teams . Required Qualificatio - ns4+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on B2B SaaS, E-commerce, or Fintech product - s.Proven experience driving client acquisition and client retention & wallet share growt - h.Strong understanding of the Indian e-commerce and logistics landscape, particularly in the context of the D2C landscape (e.g., RTO, NDR - ).Should have led a team of 2-3 product managers in the pa st
