Position: Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Sales Team.
Job Profile:
- Taking charge of Weekly and Monthly Sales Reporting.
- Working on lead generation and managing inquiries on Indiamart, Tradeindia and other lead generation portals
- Maintaining opportunities and Account Details in CRM.
- Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.
- Coordination with field sales team and customers
- Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery.
- Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required.
- Collaborating with internal departments, such as sales, marketing, legal, and finance, to obtain necessary information and support for the tender submission.
- Participating in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other activities to gather information and clarify requirements.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, proposals, and other legal documents related to the tender submission.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Positive Attitude
- Ability to adapt new thing quickly
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Profiency in lead management portals such as Indiamart, TradeIndia
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in speaking to leads for lead generation and conversion
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
