We are looking for a
Lead Civil & Structural Engineer
with strong leadership skills and proven experience in handling large teams in the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate should have a
minimum of 17+ years of experience
, predominantly in Oil & Gas EPC projects, and should be capable of driving engineering deliverables while managing resources effectively.

Qualification

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)

Work Experience

  • Minimum 17 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Exposure to Field Engineering and Basic/FEED engineering will be an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects with a minimum of 30,000 man-hours and 20+ team members at peak load
  • Prepare schedules and manage resources to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Prepare engineering man-hour estimates based on project scope, quantities, and deliverables
  • Manage scope changes effectively, including input revisions and additional scope handling

  • Perform structural analysis and design of steel and concrete structures including:

  • Pipe racks, shelters, technology structures

  • Equipment foundations, machine foundations (including dynamic analysis)

  • Industrial buildings (substations, control rooms, administration buildings, etc.)

  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards

  • Participate in project reviews and ensure technical quality of deliverables

Software Skills

  • Must have: StaadPro (Structural analysis & design)
  • Advantageous: GT Strudl, Foundation3D, Mat3D, ETABS
  • 3D Model review tools – Navisworks, SPR
  • FEM tools – Abaqus, SAP, Solidworks
