Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Designer (Female)** with strong experience in hard goods design and virtual merchandising**. The ideal candidate will collaborate with international buyers, understand product requirements, and create innovative and market-driven designs that meet client expectations and export standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and design new concepts for **hard goods** (home décor, handicrafts, metal, glass, or wooden items.

· Create **virtual merchandising presentations** and product mockups for buyer review.

· Interact with international customers to understand their requirements and design preferences.

· Coordinate with the sampling, production, and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility.

· Maintain and organize design files, catalogs, and visual presentation materials.

· Research market trends, colors, and materials to support innovative design development.

· Prepare digital design sheets, mood boards, and technical drawings for client approval.

· Ensure design accuracy, aesthetic appeal, and timely delivery of design submissions.

Requirements:

· Education: Graduate/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Product Design, or related field.

· Experience: Minimum -3 years of experience in **hard goods designing** (export industry preferred).

· Strong creative and visualization skills.

· Experience in **virtual merchandising** and product presentation.

· Good communication skills for direct **buyer interaction**.

· Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

· Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Permanent
