Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Executive located in Bengaluru. The Compliance Executive will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal frameworks, conducting compliance audits, and drafting and implementing compliance policies. The role involves coordinating with various teams, analyzing data to identify potential risks, and ensuring that company operations align with legal standards. Clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders will be pivotal to driving a culture of compliance.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Law
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
  • Well-developed Analytical and Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and managing sensitive information
  • Familiarity with corporate compliance best practices and frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in a compliance, regulatory, or legal role is advantageous
