Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Executive
 who will play a key role in driving memberships, promoting services, and building lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate is dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate about health and fitness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell gym memberships, PT packages, and other services.
  • Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-ups with leads and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with trainers and staff to understand client needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and renewals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven track record in sales (fitness, hospitality, retail, or related industries).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-driven and proactive approach.
  • Passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus.
