Intern – Performance Testing

Team: Engineering @ LeadSquared | Location: Bengaluru

As a Performance Testing Intern, you'll get hands-on experience testing systems that serve thousands of users every day — learning how to push applications to their limits and make them stronger.

What You'll Do

Assist in designing and executing performance tests like load, stress, and endurance tests for our CRM platform.

Work with tools like Apache JMeter (preferred), LoadRunner, or Locust to simulate real-world user scenarios.

Help analyze system performance and identify potential bottlenecks across application and infrastructure layers.

Learn how to monitor system metrics (CPU, memory, network, DB performance) using tools like Grafana, CloudWatch, or Prometheus.

Support the engineering team in creating performance dashboards and reports to share insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

Basic understanding of performance testing concepts (load, stress, scalability).

Familiarity with any performance testing tool (JMeter preferred).

Some exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Comfortable with scripting (Python, Shell, or any language you know).

Curious, detail-oriented, and excited to solve real engineering problems
