The Role

We're looking for a sharp, execution-driven
Product Manager
to help bring our vision to life. You'll be at the center of the product development process—owning the roadmap, aligning teams, and delivering real value to both internal creators and external users.

This isn't a desk-only job—you'll collaborate across time zones and teams, roll up your sleeves, and occasionally travel to spend real face time with engineers and creators. You'll need strong user empathy, a bias for action, and the ability to stay calm and focused in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.

What You'll Do

  • Own product development from
    problem discovery to shipped features
  • Collaborate closely with
    engineering, design, content, and business teams
  • Translate complex needs into clear
    product specs, roadmaps, and priorities
  • Work directly with
    creators and internal teams
    to gather feedback and iterate
  • Navigate ambiguity and tight timelines with
    confidence and clarity
  • Travel as needed to collaborate with distributed teams and partners
  • Champion the user—ensuring everything we build serves
    real creative needs
  • Use
    metrics, intuition, and user input
    to inform product decisions

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience as a
    Product Manager
  • Proven background in a
    high-tech, fast-paced environment
    (startups, scaleups, or similar)
  • Deep
    user empathy
    and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working
    across time zones and functions
  • Calm under pressure, decisive in ambiguity, and
    action-oriented
  • Clear communicator with both
    technical and creative teams
  • Willing to
    roll up your sleeves and lead by doing

Bonus Points for:

  • Technical or science education (CS, Engineering, Physics, Math, etc.)
  • Experience building
    media or content-related products
  • Background in
    B2C product development
  • Top-tier MBA or startup/operator experience
