VirtuProse is a digital services company working with businesses in the US, GCC, and India.

We help brands build their online presence and automate their operations through:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile app development
  • AI agents and chatbots
  • Digital marketing and SEO
  • Custom web applications

We're expanding our US outreach operations and need someone who can support our lead generation efforts by identifying the right businesses and starting meaningful conversations.

No selling. No closing. Just smart research and clean outreach.

About the Role

Your job is to identify companies in the US that match our service profile, research the decision makers, and start initial outreach using our templates and guidelines.

We handle all sales discussions afterward.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential businesses in the US market
  • Build accurate lead lists with names, roles, email addresses, LinkedIn profiles
  • Send personalized outreach messages through email and LinkedIn
  • Track conversations, follow-ups, and status updates in CRM / Google Sheets
  • Maintain daily and weekly activity reports
  • Work in or overlap with US hours for timely responses

Who This Role Suits

  • Someone with experience in international lead generation, data research, or outbound outreach
  • Strong at English writing and basic communication
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined with daily targets
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn and email tools, or fast learner
  • Independent worker who doesn't need micromanagement

Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Clay, etc.
  • Tools like Instantly, HubSpot, Mailshake
  • CRM use
  • Google Sheets

If you don't know all the tools but you understand how to research and communicate properly, that's fine — we'll train you.
