Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new CASA customers through field sales, cold calling, and referrals.
- Conduct customer onboarding, ensure complete KYC and documentation.
- Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
- Achieve assigned CASA acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for future business opportunities.
- Adhere to compliance, process, and service quality standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months - 3 Years of sales experience (BFSI/field sales preferred).
- Freshers are also welcomed who are interested for sales.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
