Role Summary

As a UX Designer 2, you will own a feature area end-to-end for a primary persona or form factor. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Compliance to translate insights into elegant, measurable solutions. You will also use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate exploration and design AI-enabled features responsibly in your area (e.g., assistive flows, summaries, recommendations).

What you'll do

· Define the experience for a focused feature area: user flows, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.

· Plan and run fit-for-purpose research (interviews, surveys, usability tests); synthesize findings and prioritize iteration backlogs with Product.

· Partner with Analytics to form hypotheses and run A/B or multivariate tests; document decisions and outcomes.

· Design for accessibility (WCAG 2.2 fundamentals—contrast, focus, keyboard, labels) and annotate edge cases for Engineering.

· AI in the loop: use AI tools for variant exploration, content options, and structured documentation; log prompts and assumptions for reproducibility; contribute reusable prompt packs and workflow checklists.

· Contribute to the design system (components, patterns, tokens) with usage guidance and clear handoff specs (auto layout, redlines, annotations).

· Work in Agile rituals; manage scope and trade-offs with Product and Engineering to land on time with quality UX Designer 2
