Lead the development and delivery of complex industrial projects as an experienced project manager

The job as an Expleo Industrial Transfer Manager

Project Management


• Consolidate and execute the industrial transfer plan (schedule, resources, budget, milestones).

• Coordinate the technical documentation flow between Hutchinson, the supplier, and the client.

• Oversee the qualification of special processes and production means.

• Supervise FAI validation, client approval, and transition to serial production.

• Implement and monitor the post-transfer improvement plan (ramp-up, business continuity, KPI
tracking, lessons learned).



Responsibilities

International Coordination :

 
• Ensure close collaboration between client teams (production, quality, supply chain) and the supplier's local teams. 

 
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and partners) for TNF/CNF validation and process qualification. 

 
• Guarantee alignment with Airbus and client documentation and qualification requirements. 

.

Monitoring & Reporting :

 
• Maintain updated project dashboards (planning, risks, deliverables). 

 
• Lead Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and milestone reviews. 

 
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to the ADI management (Purchasing and Technical).  



Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechancical/ Aeronautical)



Essential skills

  Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems. 

  Strong expertise in special processes, FAI validation, qualification plans, and risk analysis (FMEA). 

  Fluent English required. Personal Qualities 

  Strong leadership, autonomy, and rigor. 



Desired skills

  Excellent intercultural communication and stakeholder management. 

  Result-driven with a hands-on mindset and ability to work under pressure



Experience

Minimum 10 years of experience in an international industrial environment. 

  Proven track record in industrial transfer or site start-up projects. 

  In-depth knowledge of aerospace special processes and Airbus AIPS standards Education 

  Engineering degree in mechanical, production, or supply chain management, or equivalent background. Technical Skills
