Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager for our boutique in Hyderabad. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years to a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing boutique operations, driving sales, and ensuring a profitable and efficient retail environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong experience in managing boutique operations, including inventory and team management. (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven expertise in profit and loss management to maintain and enhance financial health. (Mandatory skill)
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. (Mandatory skill)
  • Ability to execute visual merchandising techniques to enhance store aesthetic and customer engagement.
  • Skill in driving sales and achieving targets to maximize store profitability and performance.
  • Experience in implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize stock shrinkage and operational loss.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities to mentor and motivate store staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and boost store profitability.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies to maintain optimal stock quantities.
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate the performance of store staff to enhance team productivity.
  • Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
