Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Facebook Ads Specialist to join our team in Dwarka Sector 12. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and the Meta Audience Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies aligned with specific business objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales, website traffic).
  • Conduct in-depth audience research to identify target demographics, interests, and behaviors for precise targeting.
  • Ad Creative & Copywriting:
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling and high-converting ad creatives (images, videos, carousels, stories) and persuasive ad copy.
  • A/B test various ad creatives, headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action to optimize performance.
  • Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Manage and monitor live Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns daily, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Implement advanced targeting techniques, including custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and proactively identify areas for improvement.
  • Tracking & Reporting:
  • Ensure proper implementation and functionality of Facebook Pixel and other tracking mechanisms for accurate conversion tracking.
  • Utilize Meta Ads Manager reports and other analytics tools to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:
  • Ensure all advertising campaigns comply with Facebook's advertising policies and guidelines.
  • Implement industry best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Tiktok Ads).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canvas, Adobe Creative Suite) for basic ad creative adjustments.
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization principles.
