We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fundraiser to join our team and play a key role in securing financial support for our mission. The Fundraiser will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing fundraising campaigns, building donor relationships, and ensuring financial targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
  • Identify, research, and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors and stakeholders.
  • Organize and manage fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives (online and offline).
  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports for donors.
  • Maintain donor database and ensure accurate record-keeping of contributions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to create fundraising materials and campaigns.
  • Monitor fundraising performance and provide regular progress updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or nonprofit sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
