  • ERP-Based Requisition Management

Route all departmental purchase requests through the ERP system and monitor approval workflows with Centre Heads and the CEO.

  • SOP Compliance

Ensure every requisition includes required details—item image, historical purchase price, and stock data—to adhere to SOP guidelines.

  • Vendor Sourcing & Quotation Management

Identify suitable vendors, solicit and evaluate quotations based on technical and commercial specifications, and secure the most competitive pricing.

  • Purchase Order Processing

Draft purchase orders with detailed terms and conditions, obtain necessary approvals, and issue them according to company policy.

  • Supplier Performance Evaluation

Assess vendors on product quality, delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and overall performance against organizational standards.

  • Delivery & Payment Coordination

Track order progress and delivery schedules, coordinate with accounts for timely payments, and manage shipments—including import and inter-center transfers.

  • Inventory & Records Management

Maintain accurate stock levels, update order/payments records, and prepare monthly purchasing and store reports.

  • Vendor List Development & Contract Renewal

Keep an updated list of frequent suppliers, seek new vendors to secure competitive pricing, and manage contract renewals or terminations for new products.
