Job Description:

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities for

our fashion retail travel brand in Mumbai. The candidate should be experienced in handling e-

commerce operations, specifically orders from Amazon and our website, along with strong

communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:


• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling and stock organization.


• Handle Amazon and website order processing, packing, dispatch, and tracking.


• Ensure all orders are delivered on time and meet SLA requirements.


• Manage customer service queries related to orders, deliveries, delays, and returns.


• Handle operational escalations efficiently and professionally.


• Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.


• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely replenishments.


• Support internal teams with operational updates and reporting.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce order

management.


• Proficiency in computers (MS Excel, basic ERP/WMS preferred).


• Strong knowledge of e-commerce workflows, especially Amazon order handling.


• Good communication and customer service skills.


• Ability to multitask and manage escalations.
