Role & responsibilities

  • Selling firefighting and security products through the sales team.
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business.
  • Generating leads, proactively following up, convincing clients, and ensuring successful conversion.
  • Ensuring adherence to all sales processes and company requirements.
  • Demonstrating strong presentation abilities and effective sales closing skills.
  • Maintaining and updating daily sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 4--5 years of work experience in a direct sales profile.
  • Minimum 1--2 years of team handling experience.
  • Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
