Responsibilities


•⁠ ⁠Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code.


•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement backend services and APIs for various applications.


•⁠ ⁠Manage and optimize MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and high performance.


•⁠ ⁠Deploy and manage services on AWS, including using services like EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.


•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to define and ship new features.


•⁠ ⁠Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.

Requirements


•⁠ ⁠3+ years of professional experience in backend development using Go.


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency with MySQL; including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.


•⁠ ⁠Hands-on experience with AWS services, with a strong understanding of networking (VPC, Security Groups, etc.), for deployment and infrastructure management.


•⁠ ⁠Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.


•⁠ ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

•⁠ ⁠Experience with NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and caching solutions like Redis.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools, particularly Terraform.


•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in a Linux environment.


•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, with specific experience in GitHub Actions.


•⁠ ⁠Experience with testing in Go, including unit and integration testing with SQL databases.
