We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing responsive, user-centric web applications, with strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks. You will collaborate with UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to deliver engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end solutions for web applications.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and accessible interfaces. ● Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code using best practices.

● Optimise web applications for maximum speed and scalability.

● Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.

● Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and third-party services.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies, tools, and trends.

● Capable of handling a team of Jr developers & interns

● Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.

● Mentoring the team members with required skills & training

● Document technical solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

● Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with a strong understanding of ES6+ features.

● Hands-on experience with modern front-end frameworks such as , Angular.

● Knowledge of CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS and CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.

● Experience with version control systems like Git.

● Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for front-end applications.

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles.

● Familiarity with project management tools like Jira. 

Preferred Qualifications:

● Knowledge of state management tools like Redux or Vuex.

● Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Cypress.

● Understanding of server-side rendering and static site generation.

Education Qualifications Required:

● BE/B.Tech in computer science

● MCA
