Job Title : Customer relationship executive
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
As a CRE, your primary responsibility is reactivation of clients mainitain activity of legacy as well as new clients and responsible for the generate revenune from DPMS map clients. And to grow the mutual fund business along with other finacial products within Sharekhan by cross-selling to the existing customer base of Sharekhan as well as acquiring new customers for the organization through referrals.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

TO GUARANTEE:
- Responsible for increase client acitivity, reactivation, revenue and engage clients in to corss selling assets of mutual fund, LAS, EMF, education courses.
TO CONTRIBUTE:
- Add new to SK customers through referrals
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate in any stream with basic knowledge of financial markets

- Strong communication & written skills
- Fluency in local language is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must be a team player
- Must be process oriented and must be willing to learn and adapt

If Client is not traded or inactive in equity for more than 6 months but gets activated in MF/SIP for first time, it will be counted as Reactive, Ensure reactivation such that at year end we have 30% UT clients from among mapped clients
Revenue
25%Generate Brokerage Revenue from all segments of min Rs 1 lakh per CRE and achieve YOY growth of 20% as a target, Within above , generate New Rev equivalent to 1 time CTC pm, Total revenue should have 10% revenue from commodity+Currency
Business Improvement 10%Identify 2 customers pm for RM service. Client should have Asset equal to or > 1 lakh or ARPU equal to or > 800 . HNI poduct Sales will count too.
Client Acquisition 10%Refer 2 leads pm to Sales from Client referrals each month or open 2 accounts pm
MF 5%SIP of 25k pm as given by MF team, Achieve 10% client penetration from mapped clients
