About the Role

WTF Gyms is India's fastest-growing fitness-tech ecosystem, managing 50+ gyms and expanding rapidly across multiple cities. We are looking for a
highly skilled Senior Accountant / Finance Manager
who can take complete ownership of our financial operations across all verticals — gyms, academy, supplements, and advertising.

This is not a routine accounting role; it demands precision, control, and strong execution ownership. The right candidate will manage everything from bookkeeping and compliance to financial reporting, cost optimization, and strategic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete day-to-day accounting including income, expense booking, and ledger maintenance.
• Maintain 100% accuracy in Tally entries for all business verticals and ensure timely reconciliation with bank statements.
• Prepare and finalize monthly P&L, balance sheets, and MIS reports across multiple business units.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Manage payroll accounting, reimbursements, vendor payments, and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, etc.).
• Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and CAPEX vs OPEX reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, and CAs for financial closure and reporting.
• Drive cost optimization through analysis of spend patterns and vendor rationalization.
• Prepare and circulate detailed financial dashboards, variance reports, and management summaries in Excel.
• Ensure zero penalties or non-compliance across all statutory obligations.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

• Accuracy & Timeliness:
  Maintain 100% accuracy in accounting records and close books within 3 working days of month-end.
• Compliance:
  File GST, TDS, and other statutory returns on or before deadlines.
• Financial Reporting:
  Deliver monthly MIS and balance sheets with zero discrepancies between Tally and bank data.
• Cost Optimization:
  Identify at least 10% operational savings through financial control and vendor audit.
• Asset Management:
  Ensure complete and updated records of company assets, with depreciation and tagging accuracy.
• Documentation:
  Maintain audit-ready records with full transparency and traceability.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 6–12 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably in fitness, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Deep expertise in
  Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime
  with hands-on daily accounting experience.
• Excellent command over
  Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, MIS Dashboards)
  .
• Strong understanding of
  GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
  .
• Proven track record of handling
  end-to-end accounts, financial closures, and reporting independently
  .
• Experience in preparing
  balance sheets, cost analyses, and monthly profitability reports
  .
• Commerce Graduate / M.Com / CA Inter preferred, with exceptional ownership and reliability.
• Ability to manage multi-vertical accounting and handle complexity with precision.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and suggest financial improvements.
• Must be available for
  full-time, on-ground role at Noida HQ
  and comfortable managing long working hours if required.
