We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Head to independently manage the complete accounts and finance operations of our organization. The candidate must have strong practice knowledge of Tally (mandatory), taxation, compliance, and finalization of accounts. This role requires hands-on expertise along with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the accounts team, manage day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS report, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP/ Tally Prime- including entries.
  • Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all banking operations.
  • Implement internal controls, accounting procedures, and process improvements.
  • Liaise with auditors, CA, bankers, and statutory authorities.
  • Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Full-Cycle accounting and finance operations.
  • years of practical experience, including 2-3 years in a leadership or senior accounting role.
  • Expert knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
  • Hands-on knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
