Role Overview

We're hiring a
UX Design Engineer
— someone who bridges
design thinking and front-end engineering
to craft
futuristic, gamified, and performance-driven interfaces
.

You'll design and develop
responsive dashboards
that include
coins, trophies, badges, and progression systems
, making analytics fun, measurable, and rewarding.

This is a
full-time onsite position
in South Delhi, ideal for a designer–developer who wants to take a
garage-stage startup to MNC scale
through design precision, technical excellence, and fearless innovation.

What You'll Do

• Design and build
  gamified dashboards
  with progress indicators (coins, levels, badges, trophies).
• Implement
  responsive front-end interfaces
  using
  / / / TailwindCSS / MongoDB
  .
• Translate
  Figma prototypes and design systems
  into
  production-ready, high-performance code
  .
• Create
  data visualization components
  that communicate campaign results and user performance intuitively.
• Collaborate directly with the
  founder and senior engineers
  on product architecture and MVP releases.
• Develop and maintain
  reusable component libraries
  and scalable design systems.
• Integrate
  game design logic
  into SaaS experiences for
  creators, advertisers, and marketing teams
  .
• Continuously refine design-to-code workflows for
  speed, clarity, and visual delight
  .

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in the
  MERN stack
  (MongoDB, Express, React, ).
• Strong command of
  , TailwindCSS, TypeScript
  , and
  JavaScript (ES6+)
  .
• Understanding of
  responsive web design, performance optimization, and accessibility standards
  .
• Familiarity with
  Figma-to-code translation
  and
  component-driven design systems
  .
• Experience working with
  Agentic AI tools or design accelerators
  (nice to have).
• Comfort with
  data visualization libraries
  and performance reporting dashboards.

Design & UX Skills

• Advanced skills in
