Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Pune or Bangalore. The BIM Architect will be responsible for creating and managing architectural and construction drawings using Building Information Modeling (BIM). Day-to-day tasks include developing and reviewing submittals, setting up company standard for BIM process, collaborating with various project teams, and ensuring that designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
  • Strong skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
  • Strong skills in setting up company standards for BIM workflow.
  • Experience with Construction Drawings and Submittals
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
