Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated BIM (Building Information Modeling) Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architecture and construction with proficiency in BIM tools and methodologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM strategies and workflows for architectural projects.
  • Create detailed BIM models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate BIM into design and construction processes.
  • Conduct clash detection, model coordination, and resolve design conflicts.
  • Generate quantity take-offs, construction schedules, and other project deliverables from BIM models.
  • Ensure BIM models comply with industry standards, codes, and specifications.
  • Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and processes.
  • Stay updated with advancements in BIM technology and recommend improvements to workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Proven experience (2-4 years) working with BIM software
  • Strong understanding of architectural design, construction techniques, and building systems.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., LOD, COBie) and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
