Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (B2B/Field Sales), located in Faridabad. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will drive sales efforts, manage existing accounts, coordinate sales operations, and ensure client satisfaction. The role also requires actively exploring new opportunities to expand the company's customer base in a competitive market.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Lead Generation to achieve and exceed sales targets and foster growth.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Operations, including managing accounts and streamlining processes.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales and field sales is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
