Job Description :

Seeking a Skilled candidate to Lead a wide array of activities associated with planning and Migration Wave management for a Client Cloud Migration Initiative. This role involves liaising between various teams and Activity assigned resources supporting migration to resolve the issues leading to the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update pre-migration related activity/milestone follow-ups, closures, Raid Logs, Facilitate Change Management Review of client requests to change migration dates, Capture completion evidence, in the Firms Scheduling and Migration Tool.

• Discuss & follow ups on Late Activities with Technical Operations Manager Per client migration

• Develop Migration playbook, including coordinating pre-Migration meeting with each Technical Operations Manager (TOM) & PMO per migration wave.

• Hosts Stakeholder office Hours to discuss migration-related topics.

• Migration Activity related issues and risks are reported in daily standups and a path to green is monitored and executed.

• Ensures Compliance with SDLC and Program Stds.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial, related project management experience required, experience with technology or financial services industry is a plus. 1. Proficiency in PowerPoint, excel, confluence, SharePoint

2. Background in software and IT infrastructure

Preferred Skills/Experience

1. PMP Certification

2. Analytical Thinking, conflict resolution

3.Familiarity with RAID logs, transition planning and influencing without authority
