Role Overview:The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a key link between HR and business operations, supporting the alignment of people strategies with organizational goals. With a focus on employee onboarding and addressing employee concerns, the HRBP ensures a positive employee experience and smooth integration of new hires into the company culture.
Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding journey, addressing queries and facilitating introductions to teams and managers
Address and resolve employee concerns and queries, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees
Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and strengthen company culture
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving onboarding processes and employee experience
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs as required. Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in onboarding and employee relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. Proactive problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach. Familiarity with HRIS systems and onboarding tools is an advantage.
