Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic professional who will manage a role involving 60% of Inside Sales responsibilities and 40% of Front Desk management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist in sales activities while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales (60%)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Divert sales leads to relevant stakeholders and maintain customer relationships.
- Assist in sending brochures to potential clients.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and agreements.
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client and sales information.
Front Desk (40%)
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Manage reception area, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Handle courier, mail, and document coordination.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms, appointments, and visitor logs.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Provide administrative support to management when required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education Qualification: Any bachelors degree.
- Work Experience: 3 to 5 years
- Presentable, excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
