KRAs:

  • Take ownership of the company's e-commerce websites for business and usability performance.
  • Perform regular web marketing analysis related to sales, visits, clicks, etc., and enhance product visibility on websites using tools like Helium10, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, and various other tools available with the company.
  • Manage and lead a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Oversee large-volume sales operations, optimizing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and update the company's e-commerce website, ensuring that product listings, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Implement and refine e-commerce strategies to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online campaigns, promotions, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract a broader audience.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:-

MBA, BTech/MTech

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Comfortable with number crunching.

Ability to work in multi-talented and cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of digital marketing and MS Excel will be a definite plus.
