Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Familiarity with dental prosthetics, lab processes, and CAD/CAM systems is an advantage.
  • Troubleshoot workflow or production-related challenges to maintain efficiency.
  • Coordinate daily operations of the dental lab, ensuring smooth workflow between technicians, clinicians, and clients.
  • Monitor production schedules, prioritize cases, and ensure timely delivery of prosthetic work.
  • Maintain accurate records of cases, materials, and client communications.
  • Communicate with clients and clinicians to clarify requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and supervising lab staff to maintain quality standards.
  • Support implementation of SOPs, quality protocols, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in dental lab coordination/management.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
