Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive/Assistant to handle day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support the finance team with reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial compliance, and hands-on experience with accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations in a timely manner.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and financial policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders for financial transactions.
  • Inventory Management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Relevant experience in accounts management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software & Inventory Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Preference will be given to those who have experience with accounting software and inventory management.
