Master Data Governance and Cleansing Mass Upload Analyst

Key Accountabilities

  • Working closely with the Data Cleansing team on assigned task to gather missing information from agreed sources as per timelines.
  • Helping the project Team with best practices to prepare cleansing files and good understanding key field mapping in excel template.
  • Good to have SAP end-user experience to ensure familiarity with SAP terminologies.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure respective governance is being obtained before making any changes in the system and to ensure necessary data load testing are performed in the test system.
  • Contribute to gather missing information data attributes from multiple sources with 100% accuracy

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience predominantly in data related disciplines such as Master Data Analyst, data quality, and data cleansing
  • Experience in delivering data cleansing/migration initiatives
  • Experience in manipulation of large data sets in tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands on experience on Mass change or creation of Master Data in SAP landscape
  • Experience of SAP native migration & cleansing tools, such as LSMW, MASS etc. Knowledge of Master Data Management in SAP MDG, SAP ECC and associated data structures
  • Work experience with internal cross functional Teams
  • Soft skills: good communications in English, Ready to take new challenges, Active listening and collaboration.
