Exp: 5+ years

Location: Hosur

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Execute and maintain site-specific safety protocols, including compliance with regulatory standards and company HSE policiespotentially including ISO 45001 or similar frameworks, as common across manufacturing settings
  • Regularly conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations. Drive corrective actions and preventive measures.
  • Deliver safety training sessions (e.g., PPE use, emergency response, safe equipment handling). Foster continuous safety awareness through workshops and campaigns, akin to roles in manufacturing hubs like Hosur.
  • Track and report incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and enforce preventive measures to avoid recurrences.
  • Ensure adherence to local laws, environmental regulations, and internal safety standards.
  • Maintain safety logs, inspection reports, compliance records, and training documentation.
  • Drive safety excellence by benchmarking against best practices, suggesting enhancements, and supporting digital safety systemssimilar to initiatives seen in Hosurs industrial roles.
  • Liaise with production, maintenance, HR, and other departments to ensure cohesive safety strategy across operations.
