Role Description – IT Support Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site, clients visits – Cuddapah/Kadapa, AP)

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist who can handle end-to-end IT support for our clients. The role involves installing, configuring, and managing desktops, laptops, printers, POS devices, LAN, WiFi networks, and CCTV systems. You'll also be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, user support, and ensuring that systems run smoothly.

We want someone who is proactive, responsible, and willing to grow with the company while helping us build a strong reputation with customers.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and operating systems

• Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain LAN, WiFi, and network devices

• Install and support printers, POS machines, and CCTV systems

• Handle hardware repairs ( desktop/laptop issues)

• Resolve software problems and assist users with daily IT issues

• Manage help desk requests and ensure timely resolution

• Maintain proper documentation of work done

• Provide on-site support to customers when required Ready to work on field support, client visits.

• Take ownership of tasks and show interest in improving service quality

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, OS and other required software installations.

• Strong understanding of LAN, WiFi, routers, switches

• Hands-on experience with printers, POS devices, and CCTV installation

• Deaktops (Normal and mini towers pc), laptops, printers hardware troubleshooting and repair skills

• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally

• Self-motivated, willing to learn, and ready to support business growth

• Any relevant certification is a plus, but not mandatory
