Job Opportunity: Team Leader – Sales Process

We are urgently hiring Team Leaders for our Sales Process in Bangalore. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in a sales environment. You should be confident in managing teams, driving sales performance, motivating individuals, and ensuring all KPIs and business targets are consistently achieved. Prior experience in the insurance or sales domain is highly preferred, as it will enable you to guide your team more effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Prior sales/insurance experience is mandatory
  • Immediate joiners only
  • language -english malyalam

Salary: Attractive in-hand salary of ₹31,500 – ₹33,000

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  • Track performance, monitor sales activities, and implement corrective measures.
  • Ensure process compliance, quality standards, and company policies are followed.
  • Conduct training, provide coaching, and deliver continuous feedback for team development.
  • Handle customer or process escalations and resolve them effectively.
  • Maintain performance reports, review progress, and present updates to management.
  • Foster a positive, motivating work environment that encourages growth and success.
