At Neotle Global Pvt. Ltd., we're expanding across India and looking for experienced professionals in the poultry industry to join our growing team.

Qualifications - B.V.Sc / M.V.Sc

3–5 years of experience in Poultry Feed Additive / Animal Nutrition industry

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Growth- Develop & implement brand strategies to achieve business objectives- Strengthen market positioning & drive growth

Product Management- Manage complete product lifecycle: conceptualization → launch → optimization- Track performance & identify innovation opportunities

Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with sales, R&D, and operations teams- Provide sales training & technical/marketing support

Market Research & Analysis- Conduct market intelligence & competitor mapping- Capture customer insights to guide strategy

Preferred Skills- Strong knowledge of poultry feed additives & gut health solutions- Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into strategy- Excellent communication & presentation skills- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally
